Scattered Site Project in Fairfield: A nineteen unit scattered site supportive housing project located in Fairfield, CT.  Fifteen units will be completed in 2008 and 2009.  Operation Hope will be the supportive services provider.  The target population for 12 of these units is families who are at risk of becoming homeless; the remaining units will serve single adults.  Operation Hope has already secured a private donation of $100,000 to support this project.
