Hales Court: This project is in the early stages and is anticipated to consist of 77 affordable and permanent supportive units, located in Westport, CT. Fairfield 08 is working with the Westport Housing Authority and has recently secured support from CHFA for non-competitive 9% LIHTC. The Interfaith Housing Association will provide supportive services for tenants occupying the supportive housing units in this project.
