Antares: Antares is developing 4,000 units of housing as well as retail and hotels in the South End of Stamford. By local regulations Antares is required to set aside 10% of their housing as affordable units. St Luke’s Lifeworks is negotiating with Antares and Westhab, their affordable housing developer, to build 100 units of permanent supportive housing to help them meet the inclusionary zoning requirements. These units will come online in late 2008 and 2009.
